PLANT A LIANA
PRESERVE AYAHUASCA
Banisteriopsis caapi
Plant a personalized lianaAyahuasca has become a trend.
And that is exactly why it is under threat
The liana grows for 5–10 years before it can be used. But demand is increasing so rapidly that the vine is being cut down faster than it can regenerate.
One ayahuasca retreat requires 15 kg of liana — years of a plant’s life for a single experience.
90% of people don’t know that the liana is disappearing. If this is not stopped, in 10 years Banisteriopsis caapi will become rare, and ayahuasca will no longer be accessible.
But you can change this:

PlantAbout Me
My name is Nina Mayer.
For two years I lived in the Amazon and witnessed what is happening with my own eyes. Ayahuasca has become a trend. On one hand, I am glad that it has helped many people. But on the other — the liana itself has become vulnerable because of this. Not because it is weak, but because we have become irresponsible consumers.
We have reached a point where continuing to take means destroying. If we do not start acting now, Banisteriopsis caapi will become rare, then scarce, and eventually an endangered species. And then no words about sacredness will matter.
The liana must not disappear. Only if we unite can we preserve it.

GOALS AND RESULTS
Cappi Official is an international project dedicated to the restoration of Banisteriopsis caapi through large-scale cultivation. We believe that the future of traditional medicine is only possible with a careful and responsible approach to nature. That is why we create sustainable plantations that protect the ecosystem and preserve the cultural heritage of indigenous peoples.
Our long-term goal is to plant tens of thousands of vines in key regions of Latin America, establish partnerships with local communities, and lay the foundation for large-scale environmental and cultural initiatives. We operate with maximum transparency, provide reports on every planted vine, and strive to become one of the leading projects in preserving the Banisteriopsis caapi vine.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will the next planting take place?
The next liana planting is scheduled for the end of 2026 in Colombia (Putumayo region). Preparations for new plantings are underway. Plantings may also take place in Brazil, Peru, and Ecuador. Follow updates on the website and social media.
How will I know that my liana has been planted?
After planting, you will receive a photo and a certificate at the email address you provided.
What if the liana does not take root?
We carefully select planting locations and purchase quality soil and fertilizers. If the liana does not take root within 30 days, we guarantee replanting. In 80% of cases, the planting is successful.
Can I join the planting?
Yes. You can come to Colombia at the end of 2026 and join me. These will be real jungle conditions: living in a tent, without a toilet, but with Starlink internet. If you are ready — write to me.
I have my own center in Latin America — how can we work together?
If you have a center in Peru, Brazil, or Ecuador, I can come to you so we can plant lianas and other plants together. It is important that you can provide accommodation during the planting period and internet access.
